Job summary

The Regional Service Supervisor manages and leads a team of engineers, ensuring technical support, service delivery, and customer satisfaction for medical equipment across Connaught and North Leinster. The role includes hands-on repair work, team development, operational management, and maintaining service contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers while providing technical support and performing complex repairs on medical equipment. Manage service contract retention, productivity, and compliance across the Connaught and North Leinster regions.

Qualifications

Communication Skills Customer Service Driving License Electrical Engineering Health & Safety Standards ISO Standards Mechanical Engineering Service & Repair Team Supervision Technical Support

Requires mechanical or electrical engineering experience and a full Irish driving licence. Experience in supervising engineers and a relevant engineering qualification are highly desirable.
