Patient Care Technician - Med Surg 3NS, Full-Time Nights Marlton

Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, transport, and care needs under the direction of an RN or LPN. Perform assigned technical tasks, monitor and report changes in patient status, reinforce safety education, and contribute to patient satisfaction, performance improvement, and new-hire orientation.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and completion of a patient care technician course, nursing fundamentals course, or certified nursing assistant program, or one year of equivalent direct patient care experience. Candidates must know basic patient care procedures and standards, communicate effectively, and maintain required competencies; phlebotomy and EKG duties require applicable certification, while phlebotomy training is required for Emergency Department positions.
