Responsibilities

Administer assigned commercial construction projects under supervision, supporting schedules, budgets, contracts, bids, subcontract awards, cost projections, and project status reporting. Assist with client presentations, design development, jobsite coordination, and project close-out, including final costs, punch lists, billing, and fee collection.

Requires at least four years of commercial construction experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
