Job summary

A Support Engineer Apprentice assisting customers, troubleshooting issues, learning cybersecurity fundamentals, and collaborating with engineering teams while studying towards a Cyber Security qualification.

Responsibilities

You will assist customers by responding to support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve product performance. Additionally, you will participate in an IT apprenticeship program while learning to manage platform data flows and vulnerability processes.
