Job summary

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in a hospice setting, support families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care and symptom management for patients in an inpatient hospice setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans while supporting patients and their families.

Qualifications

Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in good standing and current CPR certification. Experience with electronic medical records and strong clinical assessment skills are required.
