Job summary

Seeking a Principal Engineer in AI & Algorithms with a focus on defence and security projects, responsible for designing, architecting, and leading advanced algorithm development, client engagement, and team mentoring in multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the algorithmic architecture and technical direction for complex AI projects focused on defence and security clients. Drive business growth by contributing to technical proposals, winning new projects, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of experience in designing intelligent systems algorithms and a strong degree in a technical field like Computer Science or Physics. Must be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) level clearance and possess strong Python software engineering skills.
