Job summary

Provides basic nursing care in a long-term care setting, assisting with assessments, administering medication and treatments, updating care plans, and communicating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Must have an LPN license, CPR/AED, and IV certification, with long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care and assessments for geriatric residents while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. Implement care plans, administer medications, and document all interventions accurately and timely.
