Registered Nurse in ICU providing patient-centered care, assessments, education, medication management, discharge planning, and documentation.

Responsibilities

The registered nurse will utilize the nursing process to provide patient- and family-centered care while addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of diverse patients. They are responsible for developing individualized nursing care plans and coordinating discharge planning in collaboration with patients and their care partners.

Qualifications

Communication Cultural Awareness Discharge Planning Health Information Documentation Medications Administration Patient Assessment Patient Care

Candidates must hold a specialized diploma from an accredited school of nursing and possess an active Pennsylvania RN license along with BLS certification. Previous experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred, as is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
