Job summary

Manage the QC Microbiology team providing microbiology support to manufacturing within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, overseeing validations, investigations, and reporting, and managing team development in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise QC personnel to ensure laboratory activities comply with cGMP requirements and quality standards. Manage daily operations, including workload allocation, documentation oversight, and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

CAPA cGMP Environmental Monitoring Investigations Method Development Microbiology Quality Control Root Cause Analysis SOPs Validation

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Candidates must have previous supervisory experience and a strong background in GMP-regulated environments.
