The Engagement Manager will oversee telemetry-based compromise assessments, managing the full operational lifecycle from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness, while coordinating with threat hunters, customers, and stakeholders. The role requires deep technical expertise in threat hunting, threat analysis, incident response, and client communication, with responsibilities including staffing, escalation management, process improvement, and technical QC.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager oversees the full lifecycle of telemetry-based compromise assessment engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. They are responsible for scoping, staffing threat hunters, managing project budgets, and ensuring the quality of technical deliverables.

Qualifications

Client Communication Incident Response Internal Documentation Process Improvement Project Management Security Analysis Staffing and Resource Coordination Technical Reporting Telemetry Analysis Threat Hunting

Candidates must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in threat hunting, security analysis, or incident response, along with proven project management skills. Strong technical expertise in endpoint telemetry and the ability to communicate complex findings to executive stakeholders are essential.
