Job summary

Remote Nurse Practitioners will deliver virtual telehealth services in urgent care, primary care, behavioral health, and medical weight loss via phone, video, and chat, requiring at least 3 years' experience in family or primary care, telehealth proficiency, and active state licenses, with flexible hours and full or part-time options.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual patient consultations across urgent care, primary care, and medical weight loss using video, phone, and chat. Develop evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through comprehensive charting.

Qualifications
