Responsibilities

The Executive Director will lead the Safety Net Service Line in California, overseeing teams responsible for Street Medicine, ECM, MAT, and housing operations while ensuring compliance with Health Plan partners. This role involves driving growth, managing an eight-figure P&L, developing scalable systems, and maintaining direct engagement with field realities and patient care.

Candidates must possess over 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare or social services, including at least four years managing managers, with deep familiarity with Medi-Cal, CalAIM ECM & Community Supports, and field-based care for vulnerable populations. A systems-building, data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and comfort spending significant time in the field are essential.
