Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the nursing process for assigned residents, ensuring care is provided according to medical plans and regulatory standards. Duties include supervising LPNs and CNAs, documenting resident conditions, and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
