Job summary

An EC&I Technician at a power station performs electrical and control systems maintenance, faultfinding, supervising contractors, and managing maintenance records, with responsibilities including project activities, safety compliance, and supporting outage works.

Responsibilities

The technician will perform maintenance, faultfinding, and calibration on electrical and control assets to ensure safe power plant operations. They are also responsible for supervising contractors, managing work orders via CMMS, and implementing safety procedures.

Qualifications

C&I hardware Control & Instrumentation Maintenance DCS Electrical Maintenance HV/MV/LV electrical systems Instrument calibration IT skills Plant automation systems PLC Project management

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in electrical or C&I maintenance and hold a relevant apprenticeship or HNC in Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in PLC, DCS, and HV/MV/LV systems is essential for this role.
