Job summary

Assist elderly residents with daily personal and social needs in a care home setting, providing compassionate support as part of a team.

Responsibilities

The Care Assistant will work as part of a supportive team to provide personalised care in line with individual care plans. They will also be responsible for encouraging and participating in leisure and social activities to enrich the lives of residents.

Qualifications

Caregiving Communication Compassion Personal care Teamwork

No prior experience is required as full training and support will be provided. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly, demonstrate energy and enthusiasm, and possess a genuine care for older people.
