Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for accurately assessing residents' health status and developing dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach, ensuring all interventions are documented and delivered safely and timely. This role also involves maintaining composure during crises, monitoring care delivery effectiveness, and actively addressing problem areas using the QAPI process.

Qualifications

Candidates must have education from an accredited nursing school resulting in RN licensure and hold a current RN license in the state of employment, along with required CPR/AED certification.
