Seeking a Staff Mechanical Engineer with 9+ years of experience in mineral or related process plant design, responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining mechanical systems, equipment, and plant operations while ensuring safety, reliability, and scalability for a pioneering minerals processing pilot plant.

Responsibilities

The Staff Mechanical Engineer will lead the design, integration, and deployment of mechanical systems for a pilot-scale minerals processing plant. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and scalability from pilot to commercial production.

Qualifications

Filtration and Separation Equipment Materials Handling Systems Mechanical Design Piping Systems and Valves Plant Design Pressure Vessels and Reactors Process Scale-Up Pumps and Fluid Handling Systems Safety and Mechanical Integrity Standards Troubleshooting

Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 9 years of experience in plant design or process scale-up. Strong technical expertise in fluid handling, piping, and mechanical integrity is required, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
