Job summary

The Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding at Cloudbeds leads the onboarding process for mid-market hospitality customers, overseeing team performance, developing onboarding frameworks, and collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from contract to transition, with a focus on process optimization, metrics management, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the mid-market onboarding function, guiding complex customers from contract signature to successful go-live and adoption. Establish standardized frameworks, metrics, and staffing plans to ensure high deployment quality and long-term customer retention.

Qualifications

Requires 7+ years of experience in hospitality or hospitality technology with a proven track record of leading customer-facing implementation teams. Must possess strong project management skills and the ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
