Job summary

Assist in nursing supervision and unit coordination on a Medical/Surgical unit, overseeing patient care, policy implementation, and staff support, with a focus on leadership and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical supervision and unit coordination to support the nurse manager in daily operations. Responsibilities include managing patient care plans, staff scheduling, and facilitating quality improvement initiatives within the Med/Surg unit.

Qualifications
