Job summary

The Compensation Specialist will own and maintain compensation models, lead annual and off-cycle compensation planning, and provide market-based guidance by benchmarking against industry data. They will develop tools for offer decisioning, support performance cycles, and create dashboards for pay equity and retention analysis, requiring strong modeling, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

You will own the company's compensation philosophy, incentive and equity design, and build the models and tools used for offer decisioning and performance cycles. Additionally, you will benchmark against competitors using market data and develop reporting to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.

Qualifications
