Job summary

The Environmental Services Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe hospital environment by performing cleaning duties, handling equipment, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout hospital areas in accordance with quality standards and regulations, using equipment such as vacuums, mops, high dusters, and floor polishers. Keep work areas tidy, follow procedures for hazardous materials and potential exposure, and complete tasks independently and efficiently.

Qualifications

cleaning communication equipment handling hazardous materials handling regulation compliance sanitation

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, as is previous housekeeping experience. The role may require weekday or weekend work and evening or night shifts.
