Job summary

Messer’s Graduate Development Program (Operations Track) immerses recent graduates into the dynamic world of industrial gases. This two-year rotational program is designed to develop future operational leaders by providing hands-on experience across key areas of our business. Through three 8-month rotations, participants will build technical expertise, strengthen business acumen, and develop the leadership skills needed to drive operational excellence. The program includes rotations in project execution, production, reliability, supply chain, remote operations center, and process engineering. Relocation across U.S. locations is required. Bachelors in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields are necessary.

Responsibilities

Participants will engage in a two-year rotational program across various operational areas to develop technical expertise and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing capital projects, overseeing plant production, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing supply chain networks.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Applicants must be open to relocation to various Messer locations throughout the United States.
