Job summary

Assist radiology team in performing examinations, preparing patients, maintaining workflow, managing stock, and dealing with patient queries in multiple imaging modalities.

Responsibilities

The Radiology Assistant will support radiographers and radiologists by preparing patients for imaging and assisting with various radiological examinations. They are also responsible for maintaining efficient patient workflows, managing stock, and handling service user queries using IT systems.

ANTT procedures Cannulation Fluoroscopy MRI Patient assistance Radiological examinations Stock maintenance Ultrasound

Candidates must hold a Care certificate or NVQ Level 2 in a health-related subject. Previous experience in a radiology department, particularly with MRI and ultrasound procedures, is highly desirable.
