Job summary

Care Assistants support service users with personal care, medication, meal prep, mobility, housekeeping, companionship, and emotional support, requiring compassion, reliability, and a driving license. No prior experience is needed as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred support including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and monitor the health and well-being of service users while maintaining accurate documentation.
