Responsibilities

The Site Manager is responsible for the safe delivery of infrastructure projects under CDM regulations, managing multiple disciplines including civils, M&E, and RF works. They must ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while providing high-level reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Environmental Compliance Environmental Management Health & Safety Inspection & Audit ISO Standards Project Management Radio Frequency (RF) Awareness Sustainable Construction

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in site management for major capital projects within regulated industries like telecommunications or construction. Essential qualifications include SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and IOSH Managing Safely, along with a strong understanding of CDM and environmental management principles.
