Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, and safety monitoring as directed by the Charge Nurse. Documents patient information accurately and performs regular rounds to ensure resident needs are met.

Requires an active Certified Nurse Assistant certification and a high school diploma is preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring patients weighing over 200 lbs.
