Job summary

Seeking an experienced Store Manager with leadership skills to oversee retail store operations, manage staff, drive sales, handle P&L responsibilities, ensure safety, and build customer relationships in an auto parts environment.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and take responsibility for profit and loss, business plans, revenue growth, customer care, and asset security. Develop the store team, support wholesale account growth, improve processes, and maintain a safe, well-presented store.

Qualifications

Automotive Industry Knowledge Business Planning Customer Service Inventory Control Leadership P&L Management Retail Management Safety & Security Sales Development Team Building

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong leadership, customer focus, initiative, and the ability to use cash registers and computer and paper catalog systems. Knowledge of inventory controls is a plus; automotive or related industry experience, management experience, technical or trade coursework, and ASE certifications are advantageous.
