Job summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas by changing linens, restocking supplies, and maintaining hotel cleanliness and brand standards. Report maintenance issues or missing items, respond courteously to guest requests, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and assist with laundry or other assigned duties.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with previous housekeeping or cleaning experience; hospitality experience is a plus. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and demonstrate good time management and a professional, friendly demeanor.
