Job summary

Seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders across the UK and international markets, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across UK and international markets. Additionally, you will partner with hiring managers and HR to develop effective talent strategies and maintain accurate recruitment data in SAP SuccessFactors.
