Responsibilities

The CNC Prep Tech is responsible for preparing and setting up CNC machines, including selecting tooling, loading materials, and performing tool presetting. They also document production data and ensure quality control through part inspections and machine maintenance.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and ideally a CNC Machining Certificate or enrollment in a relevant vocational program. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.
