The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure the production of cutting-edge AI hardware and data center boards, with a focus on signal integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

The Layout Engineer will own multi-layer PCB layouts for high-performance computing and AI hardware. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet signal integrity, power delivery, and manufacturability requirements.

Qualifications

Back drilling Cadence Allegro Component placement and floorplanning DFM/DFX (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) HDI vias High-speed board design PCB design Power delivery design Routing and layout of high-speed interfaces Signal integrity

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in PCB design and a B.S. in EE, CS, or equivalent. Proficiency in Cadence tools and expertise in high-speed interface routing and advanced fabrication technologies are required.
