Job summary

Assist primary care providers with patient care, clinical support, and clinic operations as an LPN in a community health setting.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides clinical support and direct patient care, including patient intake, medication administration, and phlebotomy. They also assist with care coordination, patient education, and maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.

Qualifications
