Job summary

The GTM Operations Manager builds and optimizes workflows connecting go-to-market teams, focusing on lead handoffs, lifecycle programs, data integration, automation, and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

You will own and improve end-to-end GTM workflows, including lead handoffs, lifecycle execution, and data connectivity across systems. You will also build automation, maintain reporting, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Growth teams to ensure operational efficiency.
