Job summary

The Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure at Genius AI is responsible for leading the Compute, Data, and DevEx teams, defining and executing the infrastructure and data platform roadmap, maintaining high system reliability, and managing vendor relationships. Responsibilities

You will lead the Compute, Data, and DevEx teams to build a self-service platform while defining the reliability and infrastructure roadmap. Additionally, you will manage vendor strategy, infrastructure budgets, and drive the integration of AI-enabled operational workflows.

Qualifications

ArgoCD AWS cloud spend management distributive system debugging incident response infrastructure as code Kubernetes observability tooling Terraform vendor management

Candidates must have 8+ years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience, including at least 4 years in a management or leadership role. Deep hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and modern observability tools is required, along with a proven track record of scaling teams and managing cloud spend.
