Job summary

Certified Nursing Assistant provides care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily activities, documenting care, engaging residents emotionally, and ensuring exceptional care.

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living and providing emotional support. They must also document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications

CNA dementia care HHA LNA

A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is required for this position. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community and experience working with people with dementia are preferred.
