Job summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI products, systems, and platforms, ensuring reuse, governance, and operational stability within an enterprise AI transformation initiative.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing operation of enterprise AI products, platform services, agentic applications, and business-area applications. Build reusable governed capabilities, replace selected SaaS products with in-house solutions, and mentor engineers while establishing engineering standards and production controls.

Qualifications

agent frameworks Azure AI Foundry Docker LLMs MCP Microsoft Fabric Python Snowflake SQL Terraform

Requires at least six years of software, data, or platform engineering experience, including production delivery and operation of LLM applications and agentic systems. Candidates need strong Python and SQL, cloud and infrastructure experience, AI evaluation and observability expertise, sound judgment in regulated environments, and the ability to lead technical work and mentor engineers.
