Job summary

The Instrumentation & Controls Engineer supports design, implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of instrumentation, automation, and control systems in gas compression and power generation facilities. They work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure systems meet standards, develop control strategies, troubleshoot issues, and support operational improvements.

Responsibilities

The I&C Engineer designs, implements, and optimizes instrumentation and control systems for gas compression and power generation facilities. This role involves troubleshooting complex automation issues, managing engineering assignments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

Automation Communication protocols control systems Electrical schematics HMI instrumentation PLC programming SCADA Troubleshooting Variable frequency drives

Candidates must hold a B.S. in an engineering discipline and possess 3–7 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and control systems. Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols is required.
