Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing holistic nursing care, assisting registered nurses, medication administration, health assessments, and communicating with medical teams for individuals with intellectual, developmental, mental health, and substance use challenges, primarily on weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care and medication administration to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and mental health challenges. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patients and ensure quality health services.

Qualifications

CPR health assessment independent work medical data collection medication administration nursing care organization patient communication physical strength problem-solving

Must be a graduate of an accredited licensed nurse program with a current, unrestricted nursing license and CPR certification. Requires the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and pass comprehensive pre-employment screenings.
