Job summary

The Economic Crime Investigator protects customers from fraud by handling inbound calls about suspicious account activity. They question customers, investigate payments, and collaborate with fraud teams to prevent financial crimes, ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

You will handle inbound calls from members to investigate potentially fraudulent activity using skilled questioning and established fraud frameworks. You will work closely with other fraud teams to make informed decisions that protect customer accounts while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications
