Responsibilities

The Wellness Operations Manager oversees the daily operations and commercial performance of the spa and fitness facilities to ensure exceptional guest experiences. They are responsible for team leadership, membership acquisition, fitness program coordination, and maintaining high standards across all wellness areas.

Qualifications

Customer Service Event Coordination Fitness Training Hospitality Management Leadership Personal Training Sales and Marketing Spa Operations Team Development Wellness Program Development

Candidates must have management or supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, premium fitness, or spa operations. A strong background in team development, commercial performance, and the ability to teach fitness classes is required.
