Job summary

The Business Operations Lead will own and execute strategy, operations, reporting, and P&L management for a new business line, collaborating with sales, deployment, engineering, and executive teams to scale the business, optimize pricing, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

You will own the strategy, operations, and P&L for a new business line while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth. You are responsible for building operating plans, setting pricing, and executing deal strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

BI Tools (Business Intelligence) Business Development Business Strategy Client Relationship Management Data Modeling Financial Planning & Analysis P&L Management Pricing Strategy Salesforce SQL

Candidates must have 5-8+ years of experience in business operations, strategic finance, or consulting with a proven track record of P&L ownership. Strong quantitative modeling skills and fluency in GTM systems like Salesforce and BI tools are required.
