Job summary

The Fraud Detection Agent helps customers affected by fraud through empathetic communication, effective questioning, and accurate information summary, within a regulated environment, ensuring customer support and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities

You will provide guidance and support to customers, particularly those experiencing financial difficulty or fraud, while liaising with third parties to ensure regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for accurately summarizing information and constructively challenging processes to achieve the best outcomes for customers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment and possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
