Job summary

The Sales Assistant provides customer service at the trade counter and in store, assisting customers with product selection, managing stock, and maintaining store presentation. Flexibility and good communication are essential, with previous customer-facing experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant will serve customers on the trade counter and in-store while maintaining a clean and well-presented store environment. Responsibilities also include managing stock levels by processing deliveries and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.

Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable but not essential as training is provided. A valid driving license is required for this role, along with a positive attitude and basic IT proficiency.
