Job summary

Registered Nurse position in a fast-paced Neuro Trauma Surgical Progressive Care Unit, providing specialized assessment, care and management of high-acuity patients with neurological, trauma and surgical needs.

Responsibilities

Provide high-acuity nursing care to patients in the Neuro Trauma Surgical Progressive Care Unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients and facilitate their transition to other care levels.

Qualifications

assessment skills critical thinking epilepsy monitoring lumbar drain management nursing pain management patient care stroke patient care wound management

Requires an Associate of Nursing degree and an active Indiana or NLC Registered Nurse license. Candidates must hold Basic Life Support certification and demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
