Job summary

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, responsible for stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes work to ensure the store runs smoothly. Tasks include managing stock, tracking deliveries digitally, and supporting store functions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing stock, processing deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor to ensure it remains clean and fully stocked. This role requires working across the store to support colleagues and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications
