Responsibilities

The Business Development Associate is responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models to support M&A and A&D transaction activity. They will participate in the full transaction lifecycle, from opportunity screening and due diligence to the preparation of investment materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Administrative Procedures Business Development Data Analysis and Reporting Data Integrity Governance and Compliance Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Statistical Analysis Value Propositions

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business and possess at least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques such as DCF, NAV, and comparable company analysis is required.
