A Remote Travel Coordinator supports travelers throughout their journey by managing travel arrangements, providing information, and ensuring a seamless experience with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to traveler inquiries and assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, travel questions, and destination or travel requirement guidance. Confirm trip details, follow up before departure, collect feedback after return, and resolve concerns with timely, empathetic communication.

Qualifications

Communication Customer Service Digital Tools Organizational Skills Problem Solving

Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort learning digital tools are expected. Customer service experience is preferred but not required, and a genuine interest in travel and helping others is desired.
