Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care and symptom management for hospice patients within an inpatient unit setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Requires a current Registered Nurse license in good standing and current CPR certification. Candidates must have strong clinical assessment skills and experience with electronic medical record systems.
