As a Territory Sales Manager, you will expand market presence, increase product specifications, secure project approvals, and drive profitable revenue growth across multiple states in the Midwest. You will develop relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and municipalities to generate long-term sales success and growth of the HydroChain product line, focusing on developing emerging territories, creating demand through industry relationships, and converting opportunities into sales.

Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the Midwest by building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and engineering firms. They are responsible for managing the sales pipeline, securing project approvals, and delivering technical presentations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Civil or Mechanical Engineering, and possess 3 to 7 years of relevant technical sales or business development experience. The role requires the ability to travel extensively and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
