The Financial Systems Admin will support the management and maintenance of Chainguard’s financial technology ecosystem, including core finance tools like NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment. The role involves system administration, building and maintaining integrations, supporting data integrity, reporting, user support, and cross-functional collaboration to align system workflows with business requirements. Requires hands-on experience with financial systems, system integration tools like Workato, and understanding of finance processes.

Responsibilities

The Financial Systems Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and improvement of core finance tools like NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment. This role acts as a bridge between technical systems and the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.

Qualifications
